Symptoms
Root element missing after upgrade to 4.6.9 on Account Management Service in Tester Tool.
Diagnoses
When opening the Service Object Tester Tool and attempt to update the Account Management Service details you will recieve a Root Element Missing error.
Resolution
This is a know issue and has a TFS logged for it which will be reviewed for a future release.
WORKAROUND:
Use Workspace to edit and update the service instance.
