Restore Nintex Workflow site collections. This document provides instructions for restoring from backup, attaching in SharePoint, deleting the old site collection, re-adding the restored site collection, and restoring and moving the related workflow history.
Restoring Site Collections
The document attached doesn't fully work in SharePoint 2010. There's a section where the document refers to:
Restore-SPSite –Identity "myspurl:777/sites/mysite" –Path mypath -ContentDatabase “mydatabase” –PreserveSiteID –Confirm:$false
Which has the –PreserveSiteID parameter. This parameter does not exist in SharePoint 2010. I've confirmed this with the online Microsoft help.
Given this my siteIDs have changed on restore and workflows are failing and constants are missing.
