Hello,

I recently have a problem with the StringTable. From time to time I get the following error message:

“StringTable entry serviceAccount not found”; Error Code: 1258.

Of course, the StringTable entry called serviceAccount exists in the StringTable entries. And when I repair the error with K2 Service Manager (without changing anything), the workflow works correctly.

I have found a workaround by adding a Thread.Sleep(200) instruction before the StringTable call, but this hack doesn’t work every times.

Do you have any idea to solve the problem?

Thanks for your response.

Regards.

Hi Julien,

Have you applied the latest Hotfixes which can be downloaded from the customer/partner portal?

Hello Smiddie,

I use K2.net 2003 SP3 but I didn't applied the lastest Hotfixes. Do you think the problem would be resolved with this solution ?

Thanks for your response. Regards.

Yes,

I would install K2.net 2003 with SP4 first and then install the hotfixes.

I have found that the hotfixes address some issues experienced when 100's of new processes are started in a few seconds.
