Hi. My question is a simple one: If I change the formatting/images on an active Nintex form, will that in any way affect the data? I will NOT be changing any list items or questions. I'm simply adding some necessary images to the form and changing the layout. Thanks!

Updating the form will not affect existing items at all especially if its just cosmetic.
