In K2 2003 there was a web part called "report web part". I know this was kicked out from blackpearl, because of the great new reporting capabilities.
But my question now is: How to implement this behavior (see all my started workflows) and create a drill-down to see the Flow of these processes?
Any hints are really appreciated,

Unfortunately, what you are asking for exceeds the capabilities of the workspace report designer (you can't create linked/drillable reports).
You will need to create the SSRS report(s) using Visual Studio and a SmartObject datasource. Then, once you have the reports created, you will need to publish them to the SSRS server and then go back into the workspace to the Reports Designer and select "Import from Reporting Services" and then import the report(s) you just created into blackpearl so it is accessible from the workspace for your users.
