Symptoms
Two forms each of which had rules established that would trigger workflows. On each of the two forms and error message would proc on the form's submission:
The item references for this workflow could not be resolved because the View or an instance of the View can not be found on the form.
Diagnoses
The first form's errors stemmed from having created a workflow off of a form and then editing the form in a way the Attachment's View was removed.
The second form's problem stemmed from having two start rules for the workflow, the first of which was incorrectly configured.
Resolution

For the second form, the first and broken start workflow rule just needed to be disabled as it was a custom job and the the rule was followed be the functioning autogenerated "Start WorKflow" Rule.
