Remove workflows before copying to anther sharepoint library

i am trying to copy expired items to a different library. each item is a document set contains folders and documents. there  are several workflows on each document set.

i used copy to sharepoint action. it works great ecxcept all workflows being copied. when a document set is copied to the new location, it triggers  workflows on creation.

how to remove the workflow automatically before the copy to sarepoint action?
