Remove K2 icons from SharePoint Online ribbon
Diagnoses
The right way to remove the icons is to uninstall the app from the site collection via the App Catalog site.
IE: Uninstall the activation and removed the Deployed app.
In this case the App Catalog was deleted before this was done.
Resolution
A custom app was created that can remove the app icons.
