Refrencing a look up column in nintex form rules forumla

As I had no response to my follow up question I am reposting. What happens is Control A mentioned in the above thread is a lookup column?

    have a look on parseLookup() function.

    it returns either ID or lookup's text value

    I amended the column to a single line of text as a workaround.
