Just some commenst:

Processes build pre-SP1 wont deploy, simply get 'Deploy Failed'

Warnings include:

- Warning 6 The referenced component 'SourceCode.HostClientAPI' could not be found.  
- Warning 7 The referenced component 'SourceCode.SharePoint.WebServices.Client' could not be found.  
- Warning 10 The referenced component 'System.Workflow.Activities' could not be found.  
- Warning 11 The referenced component 'System.Workflow.ComponentModel' could not be found.  
- Warning 12 The referenced component 'System.Workflow.Runtime' could not be found.  

Looking @ the references in the Helper Projects the above mentioned assemblies are listed twice with an ! next to one of them.

Had to delete all and re-add

I also noticed that if you don't actually open the process in the designer it won't complain about the above but still do a successfull deploy?

PS When deploying: SP1 does still does not auto-update the version name with the CURRENT data and time, would
