Symptoms
Receiving error when trying to edit a workflow:
Error: Server Error - Exception of type 'SourceCode.SmartObjects.Client.SmartObjectException' was thrown
Diagnoses
This error can be caused when Views and Forms that are used in a workflow have been checked out for editing, and not checked back in.
Resolution
Checking in all associated Forms and Views resolved the issue.
