Query User Profile action can't find user(s) - Nintex 2013

I have list with a column with e-mail adresse (single text line ) and now I wanted to test if this is a valid mail-adresse in AD(Userprofile)

But when I try (started with a valid my own) it alway get error

    Hi Bente,

    What is the error that shows up when you try to query the user profile . The account you use I am assuming has rights to query the user profile correct?
