Query SharePoint Online Central Admin recycle bin for Site Collections

Hello,

I am currently tasked with an O365 Nintex Workflow that creates a Site Collection and part of it should query if the Site Collection is in the Central Admin recycle bin where deleted Site Collections are found.

is there a way to accomplish this?

    you would need to run a powershell script to do that, this may help you get started
