I am trying to archive the data from one list to another. I use the query list and it returns zero record but when I put the same filters on the list, it will return records. I am trying to figure out how to use the query list to run the workflow to move certain items in the list. Can someone help me?

can you add some screenshots as to how your query list action is configured and how your filters are configured on your list? what are the column types you are filtering on?
