Could you please advise about the protocol used between,
-K2 Application server and K2 DB
-K2 Application server and K2 for sharepoint
for ex. SOAP request or etc?

it is about protocols and port that should be open between k2 and different servers.
We need to ask for the use case here, why do you want to know this and we don?t do anything special in k2 so not sure why you want this info?
