Process Server event in infinite loop state
Diagnoses
we have two process instances that are running at present and are stuck in an infinite loop for the past 6 hours.
This is stuck at a Server Event stage.
Resolution
Deleting the workflow version(old version) that the instances were running on managed to solve the problem.
