Symptoms

I have workflow process email notification and every minutes must run, so i deploy to server and i add to k2 portal -> process management -> process schedules with k2 services account permission in this process workflow as admin, start, view, server event. I create process schedules and success. But every minutes run it's no effect, no email notification from workflow. so i test in workspace to start instance once it's work and send email notification.

What should I do so that workflow every minutes can send email notification ?
Are there any special setting in process schedules ?

Resolution

Provided the instructions to use Windows Task Scheduler to create a task to start the process at a regular interval, and user manages to get this to work.
