Symptoms
A particular process is showing up in the Process Overview report in Workspace but when executing the list method of the Process Overview smartobject in the smartobject service tester, that process is not returned from the list.
Diagnoses
The user did not have the necessary permissions to view the data returned from the smartobject.
Resolution
Add the user under Process Rights and assign him View Permissions.
