Symptoms
When opening reports, the report would flash on the screen, but then disappear.
Diagnoses
This was because we used IE11 and the workspace site was not added in the compatibility view list.
Resolution
This is a known issue. After adding the site to the compatibility list, the reports rendered as expected.
