I have a concern about the administrator monitoring on the deployment level of the K2 process.
If i have many user who are allowed to create and modify the workflows and then deploy them on the server, i need to see where i can check Which USER deployed a certain version as well a checking the changes that has been applied on the new version.

Maybe your need is more complex, but have you seen the "versions" menu under your process name into the K2 Workspace Management Console. This page gave you each versions exported for a process, who done the export, when... also, during export, users can give a label to the process and describe the updates they have done and this appears in this page.
