Symptoms

Hi,

I am working on a workflow that contains an activity with three event: update status (smartobject - server event to update the request status), Dep-Executive approval ( smartforms client event) and History (smartobject - server event to create approval history).
when a process reaches that activity it duplicates the client event one actiove and one as completed and it doesn't send a notification also it drops the history event.
