Hello,
I use the PrintToPDF function to generate a PDF from a Nintex form. I would like to print all attachements of the element to the PDF file as well. Is this possible?

Unfortunatley the PrintToPDF feature of Nintex Forms does not have the feature you are looking for.
You can navigate to http://nintex.uservoice.com to make the request for this feature.
In the meantime you may want to look at the Document Genration action that can be used with Nintex Workflow that may be able to generate the sort of PDF that you are looking for.
