Postpone escalation

Hi there,

does anyone know if there is a possibility to postpone the escalation process, maybe to set a new delta with a webservice or an item update in a list?

    Marco,

    Are you not able to setup the escalation rules within the action itself? Or are you trying to add a variable in case something differently happens?
