Symptoms

The client tried to build some forms, but noticed that he does not have options to do so. When he clicks an existing form, he only sees "run" and "run with parameters" as available options.
 

Diagnoses

When you have a K2smartforms runtime license, you will not be able to design forms (This is by design)
 

Resolution

The client got a full K2smartforms license key and was able to create/edit forms.
