Hi,
Usually bringing to the front resolves this issue but you have already done that.
What build of Nintex Forms are you using?
Are you able to provide an export of the form so I can see if I can replicate the issue.

Thanks.
You will need to zip the file to attach it.
Please go to Help About in the Nintex forms designer and get the build number you are using.

Hi Hema,
I have tested your form in my environment and cannot replicate the issue. I am using build 4.4.1.0 of Nintex forms and I'd say this bug has been fixed since your build.

Thanks Simon.

But i am not sure why am i facing this issue. I am not changing any properties also, just adding the control inside the repeater causing this issue.:(.

Hema

This is likely a bug in your old build that has been resolved in the latest build so upgrading will resolve the issue.
