Symptoms
We have a solution on both DEV and PRD environments (similar in both instances). And on one of the forms, there is a button to generate a PDF from the URL.
While on DEV it is working perfectly.
The URL is built using the built-in "Smartforms Runtime SSL" url. It is set up the same as dev as prod.
Diagnoses
Create PDF from URL is not the recommended method.
