Symptoms

I'm trying to package a K2 project from Dev server, when i add the forms the package keeps on loading for more than 30 minutes.
i have increased the timeout value as in the link below:

but i can't package the forms.
 

Diagnoses

Custmer was asked to wait till the deployment finishes the deployment 30003 ViewService error appeared at the end.
