When you attempt to package up a solution, you receive the following "Error: Item contains errors that will cause deployment failures" error on my workflow...

Error Item Name: View Deleted From Form
Error Item Type: Process
Message: 'WorkflowCard Access Request' Process is referencing the 'View Deleted From Form' Unknown that could not be found.

Error Item Name: View Deleted From Form
Error Item Type: Process
Message: 'WorkflowCard Access Request' Process is referencing the 'View Deleted From Form' Unknown that could not be found.

Going through the wizards did not help resolve the issue.




 

Resolution

You can resolve this issue by renaming the smart object and making sure that this it is updated within the user task upon the workflow.
