Package Deployment stuck on "Preparing Package...."
 

Diagnoses

When trying to migrate a Form over from a v4.6.11 server to a v4.7 server.
The solution here has been packaged up and the size of the kspx file is 240MB and which it takes about 20 mins to create.
When you try to deploy it, it stays stuck on "Preparing Package" and has does this for at least 3-4 Hours.

The package is created to include data also, is there a reason why this is happening.
 

Resolution

It is recommended to rather not include the data here and back this up from the database and migrate it over to the environment you intend to deploy to. With this method this should speed up the package and deployment process.
