Symptoms

During Deployment Package creation, we receive a error message: Form is referencing to an activity that could not be found.

However, the form does not contain any reference to this activity any more - the activity has been removed from the workflow linked to the form
 

Diagnoses

PandD has a cold fix that could fix the issue.
 

Resolution

Labs have given us a Coldfix that fixes a bunch of issues but mostly the one in this ticket.
