Symptoms
When trying to go through the create package from the browser for a SharePoint integrated solution multiple/similar errors were thrown:
Error: - The WorkflowSetting (WFSetting for SiteNameWorkflowName) could not be found. Ensure that your workflow is deployed before packaging.
