Diagnoses

The error that occurs here is to do with the Web Designer workflow. When trying to create a package for this, errors occur on the P and D tool itself, with missing reference errors as well as not being able to find certain smart objects tied to process steps.
 

Resolution

To resolve this issue you must go through each step within the workflow process and complete each step as well (completing the wizard and actions within the wizard itself)
