Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'Form.EventInstance_Design' with unique index 'UX_Form_EventInstance_Design_ContextID_EventID_StateID_InstanceID_SubFormID'
 

 

Diagnoses

 


This is a known issue.  
 

 

Resolution

There is a patch to help resolve the issue. Please request patch from Support.

    We will be providing the latest 4.6.11 Smartforms Rollup on a ticket that was logged by your colleague. 


    The rollup contains the codefix for this specific error.
