&D deployment doesn't want to resolve the Service instance.
Diagnoses
One of the associated lists was renamed on the target and the existing artifacts were not regenerated.
Resolution
Regenerated the artifacts on that list and the deployment succeeded. Product Enhancement Logged: P&D should validate and warn if any of the list artifacts needs to be regenerated.
