Out of Office problem has been fixed in sp3? | Community

Hi,

In sp2, Out of Office has a bug: if a person opened a WorkListItem, then he go out and set his status "out of officce", the opened WorkListItem cannot be tranferred to the agent he set. Do the sp3 fix this problem?

As far as I know, it has been fixed in the upcoming Out-of-Office SP1.
