Symptoms
Clicking the Default Client Event on K2 Studio throws the error:
“Open Failed: Open may only be called on a primary login”
Diagnoses
There was no default “Workflow Management Server” field in the environment library it connects to.
Resolution
Setting the "Workflow Management Server" field as default resolved the error.
