When a user uploads a file to a document library using drag and drop, is there a way for the edit form to open automatically as soon as the upload is finished?

+9no way around this that I can think off, as is the case with multiple-uploads, multiple edit forms would be required.
+5I figured, but asked anyway :) I'll just write a quick workflow that waits a day then if a key field is still empty, sends an email with a link to the edit form to remind them to fill out the metadata. Thanks @Warwick
