Since upgrading to 0807 we've run into an issue with Infopath based work items getting stuck in an "open" state.  Basically, a work item get assigned to a destination group containing 4 users.  Each user initially gets the work item as "available".  One opens it, which causes the others to go into an allocated state.  The user that opened the work item closes it without actioning it, but the item remains in an open state while the rest remain allocated and unworkable. How does one ensure that if the initial user closes the work item without actioning it, all work items go back into an available state?
