Symptoms


Upgraded to blackpearl 4.6.10 from 4.6.6 and encountered the following errors:

Message: Server was unable to process request.
One or more field types are not installed properly. Go to the list settings page to delete these fields.

Please find attached the Accounts Payable process in which this error is occurring. The column in question is the "PO Number (ID)" column which is used on the "Filter" page of the "SmartObject Wizard" dialog in the "Count" event in the "Set Process Data" activity.

Please note that the "PO Number (ID)" column is of type Lookup.

Are you aware of any issues related to using Lookup columns to filter results from SmartObjects in blackpearl 4.6.10?
 

Diagnoses


Column of type "lookup" was installed incorrectly when upgrading from 4.6.6 to 4.6.10.
 

Resolution

There is a coldfix available for this issue. Please open a Customer Support ticket to have the fix implemented.
