We are using Web service to get the team detail from CRM in to k2. I have tried to consume the OData service of CRM and when we are running through the service broker in and passing filter then we are getting all the correct results, but when we are trying to get the data from Process destination user smart object then somehow object is getting in a deadlock and running continues.
 

Resolution

The data was able to be retrieved by creating a composite SMO via Odata to get the details.
