Diagnoses
I've been submitting requests via a sharepoint list which has a K2 workflow sitting behind it. I noticed that although the form loads and the item submits the workflow does not actually initiate.

Resolution
ISSUE:
OAuth token is expired and requires reauthorization.
RESOLUTION:
Suggestion from K2 Side is to rerunning the K2 Registration wizard.
(Syncing up the K2 certificates and thumbprints to pass the tokens between environment.)
