When viewing a custom report that filters on a user name (originator) it still shows the total number of intances of all originators.
Is this as designed?
Is there a way to show the number of instances originating from a certain user in a custom report? I know the value can be found using process statistics, but here you can't filter.
Regards,
Henk.

Hey Henk,
to view only the instances of one originator you have to use:
domainnameuseraccount, if you only use useraccount it does not work I think.
Regarding your other post. In the upper corner of the Report Section in your workspace there is a little sign called "New Template". Just click it and create a new report template. (E.g. name it "Active" and then set the filter that you will only see active process instances.) like this you can add many different reports with different filters and you can just switch between them instead of changing the filters every the time.
Ah sorry just red your post again and saw that you already have a new report template configured, but I don't think that you can rename it.
Hope this helps.
