after upgrading K2 on production server we received this error message SourceCode.Workflow.Common.EWS: The e-mail address K2SelfService@xxxxx.com does not have ‘send on behalf of’ permissions on Exchange , so what permissions need to be assigned on Exchange server ? and how can we configure it , I'm using K2admin as the service account on this server

Check the connectionStringEditor on both servers

The customer ran the ConnectionStringEditor.exe on both servers and found that they are not the same, adjusted the one on the server that is not working to be the same as the one that is already working , and this solved his issue
