Dear Support,

We recently noticed that if a task is assigned to a K2 role (or a user), the notification email is not generating. We are not experiencing this issue week before last week, but since last week we are getting this error.

Resolution

Resolution:
"
in SMTP connection string after changing TLS entry as "StartTls" and restarting K2 service the task notification emails started going through. Moreover, all of the previous emails which were not sent, are also generated and sent.

ALSO

in http://help.k2.com/blackpearl/support-matrix_Exchange:
exchange 2013 SP1 is not supported by k2 4.6.6.
Exchange 2013 SP1 was in effect CU4, and CU8 is the fourth post SP1 release
