Symptoms
Client can't select environment to deploy to.
Diagnoses
Had client configure DTC on her servers.
Resolution
Workflow was able to be deployed locally after configuration was completed. Client was able to run the workflow on the K2 server by opening K2 for Visual Studio and it worked.
