Symptoms
we are using tooltips on some fields. for example radio buttons.
But after update to 4.6.10 users are missing the tooltips
after some research, I find out, the tooltip only will be shown, if you focus on a specific position on the Radio button Frame, but not on the whole field, like before

Resolution
The resolution was that the Coldfix roll up for 4.6.10.5 was applied and this solved the issue.
