No realm entries for '[Runtime/Designer URL]' was found.
Diagnoses
Issue:
Upgraded a dev server from version 4.6.9 to 4.6.11.
After the upgrade completed customer got the below error when accessing the Designer or Runtime URLs:
No realm entries for 'http://ukfil4296win:81/Runtime/' was found.
No realm entries for 'http://ukfil4296win:81/Designer/' was found.
Resolution
Resolution:
The issue was resolved during the live meeting while troubleshooting with the customer.
Corrected and added the missing entries to the ClaimRealmIssuer table in the DB.
