Symptoms
No document reference found after using SharePoint 2013 Process Wizard. SharePoint App does not completely uninstall.
Diagnoses
Settings and database tables are retained when re-installing SharePoint App
Resolution
To completely uninstall SharePoint App:
1) Uninstall K2 for Sharepoint

2) Open the SmartObject Tester
TK2 Blackpearl Install]BinSmartObject Service Tester.exe
3) Delete all lists and libraries from:
SmartObject ExplorerSharePoint 2013rSharepoint Site Name]Lists
SmartObject ExplorerSharePoint 2013rSharepoint Site Name]Libraries
4) Remove any custom forms from K2 Designer
5) Delete any workflows from K2 Workspace
6) Back up SQL Database
7) I highly recommend we then set up a support call to assist with the next step. If you prefer to do it yourself, continue:
8) Stop the K2 service
9) In the tables "Integration.ProcessSharePointSetting" and "Integration.ProcessSharePointGeneralSetting" remove any items from the exact Sharepoint Site URL.
10) Start K2 service
