Will probably need a little more details to troubleshoot your issue.
Does the account (under which the workflow is running) have permissions on the list? The error does show that permissions might not be sufficient?

We have removed Tasks list accidentally and Nintex workflow start triggering after we restored the Tasks list.
Wondering the Tasks list is mandatory for Nintex workflows.

yes task list is mandatory as the task for Nintex workflow task always get stored in them, there is a way to reconfigure the default task list to be used by Nintex., You can find that in the worklfow settings option. I guess in your case your workflow already was pointing to the default task list and hence Nintex wasn't able to find the task list and so the error?
