Nintex workflow how to send Approval request to initiator's manager?

Hi,

I have one list Requests. I want to send approval request to initiators manager for each request.

Share point users are coming from active directory(already integrated). I want to know how to use the Manager property for achieving this.

If you really mean the manager of the workflow's initiator you could just grab it from the Manager Variable:
